At Atlas Technologies Pvt. Ltd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues, we kindly ask you to reach out to us directly before initiating any disputes. Our contact information, including email and phone number, can be found on the receipt provided after your payment.

Once we begin the design process, it involves significant time, effort, and internal costs to create the final product. Therefore, by signing up for our services, you acknowledge that your payment is non-refundable.

By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy. Payments made for services such as web design, logo design, initial website mockups, plugin integration, web hosting, SEO, domain registration, and any other design-related components are non-refundable. We strongly advise customers to conduct thorough research before entrusting us with their project, as outlined during phone calls, emails, or text messages.

Refunds will only be issued in cases where we are unable to deliver the promised product or if the project’s completion timeline significantly exceeds the agreed timeframe. Refunds will not be provided due to a change of mind or in cases of friendly fraud after services have been rendered.

Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns rather than resorting to chargebacks. Disputing a valid charge from our company is considered fraud and is neither an appropriate nor legal method to obtain a refund. Payments made by clicking on a payment link or via an invoice sent to your email cannot be disputed as fraudulent.

Customers should be aware that chargebacks incur additional fees from payment processors, which results in financial loss for us. Moreover, a high dispute rate can harm our reputation as a merchant. For this reason, we kindly ask customers to consult with us directly and request a refund, if necessary.

In cases where we agree to issue a refund, it will be processed within 45 days. Please note that we cannot provide immediate refunds due to the need to cover internal expenses, and it may take some time to make the necessary funds available for the refund.
